Our clients range from large multinational law firms to small specialty boutiques, as well as companies and corporations. We recruit for all levels of practice experience in most areas of legal specialty. We have the knowledge and experience required to assist our clients’ efforts to broaden their talent base and consistently present appropriate practice groups, partners with established and/or growing books of business and highly-credentialed associates. We work diligently to identify, contact and screen the potential attorneys that best fit our clients’ growth strategy. Committed to a thorough understanding of our clients’ business, growth plans and vision, we place emphasis on informational meetings and constant communication with management and key decision makers. This allows us to accurately and effectively share opportunities with attorneys in a continuous effort to create synergies beneficial to both client and candidate.
